Durability To Last Top quality components come standard on a Mag Bay, as well as many of the features that other’s call options. Tailor Your Mag Bay While many desirable features come standard, each build offers semi-custom additions that allow owners to rig their ride to match their style, be that fishing or cruising. Backed By Experience The creators of the Mag Bay have a long history in boat-building success. As co-founders of Cabo Yachts, quality and customer service have long been a family tradition.
Power. These speedy boats are powered with twin outboards from Yamaha. Inquiries for other power options are always welcome. Four group-31 batteries provide more than enough power for electronics, engines and modern-day accessories.
Performance. The patented “SVVT” hull design from Michael Peters can only be described as incredible. The boat is extremely dry, efficient and stable in all sea conditions. Virtually no bow rise, quick time to plane and lightning fast top-end speeds are just some of the highlights of this hull design.
Good Looks. The new Mag Bay is a sight to behold. A tasteful blend of Carolina flare and tumblehome with elegant modern lines, the Mag Bay will be sure to turn heads and be the talk of the dock. These new center console boats have a length of 33’ 6” and feature a roomy 10’ beam. The deadrise at the transom is 22-degrees and the displacement is approximately 10,000-pounds. Fuel capacity of 338-gallons and a 38-gallon freshwater tank allows you to rinse off after a dive or wash off your fishing gear. Insulated fish boxes, dry storage and pressurized livewells are all standard features on the Mag Bay. A customizable aluminum T-top with an integrated electronics box is standard. Stainless steel and powder-coated options are available. Large consoles in two designs have plenty of room for state-of-the-art electronics and user-friendly controls and switches. A glove box storage area includes usb-ports and engine start and stops. Optional fiberglass or hand built teak helm pods really add a tasteful touch to the boat. Construction. Purposely overbuilt, the focus of Mag Bay Yachts is to build the finest center console possible using only the best materials available to the industry. All rigging and wiring is done after the boat is assembled to ensure that the runs are accessible for future rigging. This results in a little more work at the factory, but infinitely better for the customers on the end. The boat is built to or above all NMMA/ABYC standards. “We’re not afraid to put in the extra time and effort to build a better quality boat. It doesn’t matter if it’s an area that will never be seen, it’s going to be finished off the right way the first time.” Safety. Built solid as a rock, but just in the event of an emergency, there are three 2000 GPH bilge pumps. The high water alarms have a red buzzing switch on the dash, to alert the captain if something were to happen while you are underway. All connectors are waterproofed and the entire boat’s wiring specs are oversized to ensure voltage continuity and prolonged life. The Mag Bay comes standard with three fire extinguishers for peace of mind.
