Brent grew up watching his father Paul run several marinas including Toledo Beach Marina located in LaSalle MI. He spent his summers performing numerous tasks including boat deliveries for Toledo Beach Marina. He operated his first boat at age 7 and was delivering larger yachts by high school. Brent completed his Bachelors in Marketing and his MBA and then began a corporate sales career in medical equipment sales. He then decided to follow his passion and return to the boating industry with the newly formed Toledo Beach West in September 1997. βIt is really a lifestyle not a career for me. I have always loved boating and am fortunate to be able to do this for a living. I am excited each day I get up and head to the office.β Paul and Brent started Reed Yacht Sales in July 2009.
Brent has been a top performer and has earned numerous sales awards from Ranger Tugs, Zodiac Boats, Weldcraft Marine, Cabo Yachts, Hatteras Yachts and Tiara Yachts.
Lesley began working full time in Reed Yacht Sales in 2020. She is involved in all aspects of the business including, human resources, office management, marketing, accounting, boat shows and pretty much anything that needs to be done.
Brent & Lesley have lived in western Michigan since 1992 and now reside in Spring Lake, MI. They are now empty nesters as their daughter Alex is off at college now.

Bob has been working with the Reed Family in various capacities over the past 15 years. His passion for boating began early while growing up in Saginaw, MI. His family's small Sunflower sailboat piqued his interest in boating early in life and continued from there.
At 19 Bob started working his way through college as a Dockmaster at the Holiday Inn Marina in Spring Lake, Michigan. He learned his way around larger yachts while developing working relationships with many of the various boaters, dealers & vendors. It was no surprise then that after college he crewed on many of the yachts that he was familiar with and made many deliveries to Florida. Bob completed the "Great Circle loop" through dozens of deliveries down the Tenn-Tom Waterway and up and down the East Coast.
In 2000, after taking a brief break from the marine business he returned to manage the Holiday Isle Marina. "Managing the marina has help forge many contacts in boating and expanded my interest into entering yacht sales." Bob officially joined Reed Yacht Sales at our Grand Haven location in 2014. Having dual roles within the boating industry, we are excited to have Bob on board and part of the Reed Yacht Sales team.
